When perimenopause hit me at 38, I found herself in a place I never expected, crying for days, snapping without warning, battling intrusive thoughts that disappeared the moment my period arrived. The kind of experiences almost every woman has felt but rarely speaks about.
With two decades in innovation, leadership, and entrepreneurship, I knew how to solve complex problems. But nothing in my career prepared me for the hormonal chaos that upended my body, my mind, and my life.
So I went looking for answers, and discovered the shocking truth: most women are navigating hormonal transitions alone, while workplaces, healthcare systems, and families are left in the dark.
I refused to let that continue.
Drawing from behavioural science, somatic psychology, nervous system regulation, and my own lived experience, I created the SNP Method and the book that helped me rebuild from the inside out. And then I built BIFTSBO, a women’s health and longevity company dedicated to changing how women work, lead, and live through hormonal intelligence.
